Return Policy

At Reckenrod Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged by normal wear

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@reckenrodapparel.com to initiate a return
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Package your items securely and attach the provided label
  4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@reckenrodapparel.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
